The Israeli military said it struck 310 Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon in the past week and killed '80 terrorists', and disclosed a raid weeks earlier on Dibbine, about 12 km from the border and north of its 'yellow line', where it said troops found significant weapons depots.
A strike about 15 metres from Hiram hospital in Tyre wounded 10 medical and administrative staff, shattered windows and damaged cars, the hospital's director told AFP, saying the area had been targeted six times since the war began. An Israeli strike on Mashghara in West Bekaa killed one person and wounded another, L'Orient Today's correspondent reported.
The IDF said 7th Armored Brigade and Egoz commando forces had achieved 'operational control' of the Wadi Saluki stream area, about 10 km from the border, which it called a Hezbollah hub for explosive drones and rocket fire, and that troops and aircraft had struck hundreds of sites and killed more than 50 operatives. Bahrain's interior ministry said an 11-year-old girl was injured and several homes and vehicles were damaged by falling debris after air defences intercepted Iranian drones over Manama and Hamad Town. Iranian state media said the drones targeted the U.S. Navy's Fifth Fleet, which is headquartered in Bahrain.
Kuwait's army said air defences engaged 'hostile aerial targets' after the IRGC claimed strikes on U.S. forces at Ali Al Salem and Ahmad al-Jaber air bases, and the civil aviation authority closed the airspace and diverted flights for several hours. The army later said it had handled 24 Iranian drones in two days with limited damage and no casualties, but the aviation authority told ICAO that the attack had hit Kuwait International Airport's radar that morning, injuring people and seriously damaging air-traffic equipment.

Trump posted that Iran had 'taken too long to negotiate a deal' and would 'have to pay the price', and later told reporters in the Oval Office that 'we're going to be attacking them, and attacking them very hard', citing the helicopter as grounds and accusing Iran of 'playing us for suckers'. President Masoud Pezeshkian replied that Iran would stand firm against any pressure or threat.
The Israeli military confirmed that Ramat David air base in northern Israel was hit during Iran's missile fire earlier in the week, after satellite images appeared to show damage. A military official told AFP the impact was in a non-critical area, most likely from a large piece of shrapnel, with no damage to equipment or personnel, and that it was under investigation.

The Israeli military said troops detained two suspects who approached forces operating in southern Lebanon and transferred them to Israel for questioning 'to rule out any threat'.
An Israeli strike hit a car in the centre of Sidon, killing both people inside and setting nearby cars ablaze, according to AFP, local media and Lebanon's National News Agency.

The IRGC said it launched drones at the U.S. Fifth Fleet in Bahrain and missiles at an air base in Jordan hosting U.S. forces, claiming 21 targets hit including F-35 hangars, while Bahrain sounded sirens and Kuwait's air defences engaged 'hostile aerial targets'. Jordan said it shot down five Iranian missiles aimed at al-Azraq with no casualties, a U.S. official said nearly all the missiles and drones were intercepted, and a missile fell in a field near Damascus.
Fars reported that two water tanks in the Bemani area of Sirik were destroyed during the overnight U.S. strikes, and the Hormozgan water utility said the damage left about 20,000 people in 10 villages without drinking water. Foreign ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei called it 'a calculated war crime', and CENTCOM later told CBS it was aware of the reports and looking into them.
As U.S. strikes hit southern Iran, Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi posted that 'our powerful armed forces will leave no attack or threat unanswered' and told the U.S.: 'Leave our region if you want to be safe.'
CENTCOM said Air Force and Navy jets began 'self-defense strikes' at 5 p.m. ET on Iranian air defence, ground control and surveillance radar sites near the Strait of Hormuz, calling them a proportional response to the Apache's downing and to attacks on shipping, and declared them completed about four hours later. Iranian media reported explosions in Sirik, Bandar Abbas, Qeshm, Jask and Minab across second and third waves, and Fars said two water tanks in Sirik's Bemani district were destroyed.
Iran's deputy foreign minister told Al Jazeera that Iran did not deliberately target the U.S. Apache and was not behind the incident, but that such incidents could happen 'unintentionally' given the tension in the area. A military source told Iranian state media that no offensive air operations had been carried out in the Strait of Hormuz in the previous 24 hours.

U.S. officials and sources told CBS News that an armed Iranian Shahed drone struck the Apache, and a U.S. official later told AP the helicopter went down after colliding with an Iranian drone, adding that it was not clear whether the collision was intentional. CENTCOM's public statements said the cause remained under investigation.
