Iranian state media reported two explosions off Qeshm Island in the Strait of Hormuz. Early on Sep 13, Qeshm's governor said an Iranian commercial vessel had been struck near Hengam Island and the Qeshm coast, killing one person and wounding three, and state TV blamed the 'US terrorist enemy.'
