Speaking to reporters at the NATO summit, Trump said he thought the memorandum with Iran was 'over' and that 'it's just a waste of time dealing with them', calling Iran's leaders 'sick' and 'vicious, violent people'. Later that day he said the U.S. would likely strike again that night, might reimpose the naval blockade and threatened to 'take over' Kharg Island.
