An Omani delegation arrived in Iran to discuss a framework 'to establish appropriate mechanisms for managing ship traffic in the Strait of Hormuz,' IRNA reported. Iran's foreign ministry said several rounds were held on Friday and Saturday with some progress and proposals exchanged, and two regional sources told CBS the talks were moving in a positive direction but needed more time.
