Fars reported that two water tanks in the Bemani area of Sirik were destroyed during the overnight U.S. strikes, and the Hormozgan water utility said the damage left about 20,000 people in 10 villages without drinking water. Foreign ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei called it 'a calculated war crime', and CENTCOM later told CBS it was aware of the reports and looking into them.
