Brent crude rose 6.2 percent to $87.14 a barrel by 10 a.m. ET and the Dow fell 614 points after Iran's missile attack on U.S. forces and U.S.-Saudi strikes in Iraq. Trump told Fox News the U.S. would be 'hitting them hard,' and later said in the Oval Office it was 'our turn.'
