Israel's army said troops killed an armed man who crossed the Blue Line from Lebanon near Manara, opposite the Lebanese village of Houla, and opened fire on them; no soldiers were hurt. Residents of Manara, Misgav Am, Margaliot and nearby communities were told to stay in shelters during the incident.
