Araghchi says deal covers Lebanon, keeps Hormuz with Iran and Oman, defers nuclear talks

On Iranian state TV, Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said the agreement would announce an end to war on all fronts, which for Lebanon meant Israeli withdrawal from occupied areas; that Hormuz would reopen but its management would not return to the pre-war system because sovereignty belongs to Iran and Oman; and that nuclear talks would come only after the interim deal is implemented. He said the memorandum was not yet signed, could be signed digitally, and that Iran preferred to dilute its highly enriched uranium rather than hand it over.
