Speaking at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation foreign ministers' meeting in Kyrgyzstan, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said 'any participation, cooperation or assistance in committing aggression against Iran will create international responsibility for the relevant parties,' and that Iran reserves the right to take all necessary measures in self-defence.
